Londonderry, NH Kidnapping Suspect Located

LONDONDERRY, N.H. (CBS) -- A suspect wanted in a reported abduction in New Hampshire was located in Worcester Thursday night.

Officers say 22-year-old Victor Rosario and his girlfriend were found unharmed by Mass. State Police. Rosario is not under arrest, but he could still face charges.

Police say they received a 911 call from the ECCO Corporation in Londonderry at about 3:45 p.m. The caller reported a woman was forced from the building and into a car by her boyfriend.

Police sent out an alert asking for the public's help finding Rosario and his vehicle because they believed the woman was in danger.

After he was interviewed by State Police, Rosario was released, but faces several potential charges including simple assault and kidnapping. There were initial reports that a young child may have been with the couple but police determined the child was with family members.
