State Trooper In Apparent Pepper Spray Video Placed On Restricted Duty

BOSTON (CBS) – The Massachusetts State Police trooper accused of pepper spraying a protester in Boston is now on restricted duty.

State Police launched an internal investigation after Kin Moy claimed the trooper pepper sprayed him after being told to move out of the way of a police motorcycle.

Moy posted video of the incident on YouTube.

Last week, demonstrators filled the streets of Boston, upset with a New York grand jury's decision not to indict an officer in the choke-hold death of a man.

Investigators say they have been trying to get in touch with Moy, but they have had no success.
