Small Plane Flips Over At Beverly Airport

BEVERLY (CBS) --- A small plane flipped over at Beverly Municipal Airport Wednesday afternoon.

Luckily, no one was hurt.

WBZ NewsRadio 1030's Carl Stevens reports

The Federal Aviation Administration said the Bellanca Citabria, single-engine aircraft landed on Runway 27 and flipped over around noon.

The airport was closed until the plane could be removed.

The FAA is investigating what caused the crash.
