Sick Puppy Abandoned At Boston Animal Hospital

BOSTON (CBS) – A tiny puppy small enough to fit into a tea cup is finally on the mend after she was abandoned at a Boston animal hospital.

Ursula was very sick when she was brought to the Angell Animal Medical Center a week ago. Upon discovering Ursula was in fact quite sick and would need round-the-clock veterinary care to get well, her owner opted to surrender the three-month-old teacup Poodle.

Three days of intensive care helped get the puppy back to good health. The MSPCA took responsibility for Ursula and has spent nearly $2,000 to diagnose and treat her ailments.

If you are interested in adopting Ursula, email adoptions@mspca.org or visit www.mspca.org.
