Police Seek Driver Who Killed Woman In Shrewsbury Hit And Run
SHREWSBURY (CBS) – Shrewsbury Police are looking for the driver who killed a pedestrian before leaving the scene.
Alma Cico, 59, was killed Monday around 5 p.m. on Route 140.
Cico was an avid walker, who neighbor Christine White described as "delightful" and "very sweet."
Police believe a silver or gray Toyota Tundra was involved in the crash.
The vehicle may have a small dent in the upper right portion of the truck.
"We hope this person has a conscience, sees this, comes back and turns themselves into police and they can assist us with the investigation," said Shrewsbury Police Sgt. A.C. Pratt.
Investigators released surveillance video that shows the truck moments before the crash.
