'Sesame Street' Moving On From 3 Longtime Cast Members

BOSTON (CBS) – Sesame Street continues to receive a makeover as the show has reportedly cut ties with three longtime cast members.

The iconic children's show, which was recently moved to HBO, will no longer feature veteran cast members Bob McGrath, Emilio Delgado and Roscoe Orman.

McGrath told fans about the decision earlier this month during a question and answer session at Florida Supercon, according to the podcast Muppetcast.

A member of Sesame Street since the its premiere in 1969, McGrath was a singing voice for several characters.

Orman joined the cast in 1974 as "Gordon" while Delgado started his role as shop owner "Luis" in 1971.
