Search Underway For Missing Maine Teen With Asperger's Syndrome

BOSTON (CBS) – Search teams in Maine are trying to find a teenager with Asperger's syndrome who has been missing since Thursday.

Jaden Dresma was last seen about 3:00 Thursday afternoon, near his home in North Waterboro, Maine.

Fifteen wardens and about 80 volunteers have spent the past three days searching wooded areas within a mile radius from the teen's home but have come up empty.

"We don't have a real crystal clear direction of where he went," said Lt. Adam Gormely of the Maine Warden Service. "But our system is very well rehearsed. We've done this a lot, so we're taking all that experience, and all that power that we're gaining and applying that in the absolute best fashion that we can."

Search teams will be back out Sunday, searching a wider area.
