Saugus Schools Celebrates 'Unsung Heroes' With Rolling Rally

SAUGUS (CBS) -- Saugus Public Schools staged a rolling rally for students Thursday after the event to celebrate their "unsung heroes" was cancelled.

The Unsung Hero Award is based on academics, character, maturity, school citizenship and contributions to the entire school community.

Saugus police escorted educators to the homes of nine students who received a trophy, a gift card and a visit from their state representative, Donald Wong.
