Saturday's Celtics-76ers Game Postponed To Sunday

BOSTON (CBS) -- The Celtics' first visit to Philadelphia will have to wait an extra day.

The NBA postponed Saturday night's Celtics-76ers game in Philadelphia due to the severe weather conditions that will hit the Northeast over the weekend. The game will be made up on Sunday night at 7 p.m., the league announced on Friday.

In Boston, the game can be heard on WZLX 100.7FM, with Patriots-Broncos AFC Championship Game coverage on 98.5 The Sports Hub.

The Celtics are 2-0 against the lowly 76ers this season, opening the season with a 112-95 win and pulling off an 84-80 victory on November 24 at TD Garden.

The Celtics are scheduled to play at the Washington Wizards on Monday night, but the D.C. area is expected to get hit hard by the storm as well, so we'll see if that game goes on as scheduled.
