REVERE (CBS) - A Lynn man is in police custody in connection to a fatal shooting in Revere Thursday night.

Michael DeLeon, 36, was arrested in Quincy Friday on murder charges.

Peter Pitari, 66, and Christy Johnson, 35, both of Revere, were fatally shot. A 38-year-old man was seriously injured and remains hospitalized, and is expected to survive. All three were shot inside the residence.

Officers responded to the scene on Waite Street shortly after 8p.m.

Witnesses reported hearing four or five shots.

"We heard some rumbling and then the fire alarm went off, and then we went downstairs," said Christopher Brunco, who was in the building at the time. "He was on the ground lying face up right at the front door and he was bleeding out."

DeLeon is expected to be arraigned Monday in Chelsea District Court.
