Report: Brady & Bundchen Selling L.A. Mansion, Intend To Live Year-Round In Boston

BOSTON (CBS) - Less than a year after completing their Los Angeles mega-mansion, Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen are selling it, according to a report by TMZ.

Citing sources, TMZ says the couple is looking to live full-time in the home they're currently building in Brookline.

Brady and Bundchen's L.A. mansion, which was originally estimated to be worth about $20 million, is reportedly listed at $50 million.

It was featured last year in Architectural Digest, which published several photos of what they're calling an "Eco-Chic family home" in the Brentwood section of L.A.

The 22,000 square-foot mansion took three years to build, according to the Detroit Free Press, and features a "resort-like pool," a big backyard and its own moat.
