All-Star Lineups: Ortiz, Bogaerts Batting 4-5 For American League

BOSTON (CBS) -- The Boston Red Sox will have a prominent presence as the American League looks to claim home field advantage in the World Series at this year's MLB All-Star game in San Diego.

Four Red Sox are in the starting nine for Tuesday night's game, with AL manager Ned Yost announcing his lineup and starting pitcher on Monday. David Ortiz, batting .332 with 22 homers this season, will hit cleanup for the American League, with Boston shortstop Xander Bogaerts batting fifth.

Tuesday night will be Ortiz's 10th All-Star game of his 20-year career. He is 5-for-16 with a home run and two RBIs in his All-Star appearances.

Boston right fielder Mookie Betts and center fielder Jackie Bradley Jr., who will play left field on Tuesday night with Mike Trout taking the duties in center, will bat seventh and ninth, respectively, for the AL.

Here is the full lineup for the American League in Tuesday night's mid-summer classic, with Chicago White Sox ace Chris Sale (14-3, 3.38 ERA) announced as the team's starting pitcher:

Boston pitcher Steven Wright, who leads the American League with a 2.68 ERA, also made the AL squad and will likely pitch out of the bullpen, though Yost did not mention the knuckleballer in his plans for the first five innings.

National League manager Terry Collins announced that San Francisco Giants pitcher Johnny Cueto (13-1, 2.47 ERA) will get the start for the NL. Here is the full National League lineup for Tuesday night:
