Recent Grad Of Prestigious NH Boarding School Accused Of Campus Sex Assault

CONCORD, N.H. (AP) — A recent graduate of St. Paul's School in Concord, New Hampshire, has been accused of sexually assaulting a fellow student.

Eighteen-year-old Owen Labrie of Tunbridge, Vermont, was arrested Wednesday on four charges, including that he used a computer online service to lure the 15-year-old girl to meet with him. Investigators said the alleged assault took place on the St. Paul's campus the night of May 30.

It was not immediately known if Labrie had a lawyer. He is scheduled to be arraigned on Sept. 15.
