Loaded Handgun Magazine Falls Out Of Parent's Pocket At NH School

PORTSMOUTH, N.H. (CBS) – A loaded handgun magazine was found at a New Hampshire elementary school after a parent accidentally dropped it.

Portsmouth Police say the magazine was found in the grass Thursday morning at the Little Harbour School.

They say surveillance video shows it fell out of a parent's pocket the day before. No charges will be filed.

Police say there is no law in New Hampshire preventing a person from bringing a firearm on school grounds.
