Portsmouth, NH Police Arrest Two In String Of Car Arsons

PORTSMOUTH, N.H. (CBS) – Two New Hampshire men have been arrested for a string of January car arsons and break-ins.

On Thursday, Portsmouth Police announced that Michael York, 24, and Adam Carlin, 23, have each been charged with four counts of criminal liability for conduct of another.

A woman told Portsmouth Police on January 30 that someone had broken into her car and lit the contents on fire.

Several other similar cases were reported throughout the day.

York's bail was set at $3,000 personal recognizance while Carlin's was set at $2,500.

Both are next scheduled to appear in court on April 4.
