Police Looking For Suspects In Shootings At Randolph House Party

RANDOLPH (CBS) – Police are searching for multiple suspects after gunfire broke out in a Randolph home and two people were taken to hospitals with gunshot wounds early Monday.

A house party had been broken up at 258 Liberty St. earlier Sunday night when police were called back just after midnight for reports of gunfire.

WBZ NewsRadio 1030's Mark Katic reports

Randolph Police Chief William Pace said some males had returned to the party and exchanged gunfire.

"There was reason to believe there was at least seven to eight gunshots inside the home," Pace said.

One person was taken to Brockton Hospital with a gunshot wound in the leg. Another person was taken to Boston Medical Center after being shot in the chest.

There was no further information available on the incident or the conditions of the two people shot.
