Police: 3 Injured After SUV Crashes Into New Bedford Home

NEW BEDFORD (CBS) - Three people were hurt after an SUV crashed into a New Bedford home on Saturday.

Officers were called to Acushnet Avenue at 6:30 p.m.

Police say the driver of the SUV lost control, hit a curb, drove through a fence and then crashed into the house.

The vehicle was driven by a woman in her 70s, and there were two passengers in their 20s that were taken to a hospital.

One of the residents suffered a minor leg injury and was also transported to the hospital.

The cause of the accident is under investigation.

No arrests have been made.
