Reward Offered For Return Of Stolen 150-Pound Lobster Sculpture

PLYMOUTH (CBS) – A local attorney has helped arrange a $2,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of whoever stole a 150-pound lobster sculpture in Plymouth.

Attorney Lloyd Rosenberg initially offered a $500 reward for the missing sculpture. But several other residents added to the reward, bringing it to $2,000.

The sculpture, known as "Sir-Loin,"  is part of the Plymouth Chamber of Commerce Lobster Crawl that features 29 lobsters throughout town.

Rosenberg said his wife is an artist, so he knows the amount of work that goes into creating these kind of pieces.

He called the theft an "affront to the beautification of the town."
