Baby In Plymouth Wounded After Neighbor Accidentally Fires Gun

PLYMOUTH (CBS) – A baby in Plymouth was wounded after a neighbor accidentally fired a gun over the weekend. Police said the 11-month-old boy was grazed in the foot by a bullet on Sunday morning.

Investigators said a 22-year-old man was trying to lock his gun in a condo on Forest Ave. but instead squeezed the trigger.

The bullet went through the wall into the unit next door.

The child was taken to the hospital and is expected to be ok.

Police said charges are likely.
