2 Jerks BBQ in Raynham serves several styles of barbecue, all rubbed, smoked, and grilled according to regional recipes.

Along with jambalaya and shrimp and grits, Ferry Street in Malden is known for barbecue pork meatballs.

Some of the top pit-masters from Texas, Virginia and Australia will serve their award-winning ribs and sauces at the Phantom Gourmet Barbecue and Country Fest in Rochester, New Hampshire June 24th to 26th at the Rochester Fairgrounds.
