Phantom Gourmet: Impressive Steak Dishes

BOSTON (CBS) - The holiday season is a busy time of year for steakhouses. Dan Andelman of the Phantom Gourmet found three of the region's most interesting steak dishes.

Located inside an old firehouse in Dover, New Hampshire, the Orchard Street Chop Shop serves a massive 28 ounce bone-in tomahawk for two.

Ritual restaurant in Worcester allows customers to sear their own premium steak right at the table on an 800 degree rock.

La Brasa in Somerville offers tender marinated skirt steak and slow-cooked rib roast cooked over a smoking hot open fire.

And for a truly unique steak experience, Flank at 1265 Main in Waltham, plans to serve all-you-can-eat cuts and silverware will be "optional."
