Prides Piccola Napoletana in Beverly makes one of the most authentic margherita pizzas you can find outside of Italy with fresh mozzarella and basil cooked in a blazing hot oven.

900 Degrees is an upscale, Neapolitan style pizzeria with locations in Manchester and Epping, New Hampshire serving popular pies like the "Bella Cossa."

It's an exciting time for pizza-lovers as more restaurants are now serving authentic wood-fired Neapolitan pizza and now coal-fired pizza is the next big thing.
