And at her tiny restaurant in Worcester, every hand-made egg roll is packed with a traditional blend of chicken, pork, garlic, and vegetables.

Beat Brasserie, in Harvard Square, is a spacious, subterranean beat-nick inspired place. It's known for featuring live jazz nightly and serving delicious tuna spring rolls stuffed with jasmine rice, avocado, and wasabi.

Toscana's Bar Italiano, in Beverly, specializes in creative Italian small plates, like the broccoli Rabe Spring Rolls served with a ginger soy dipping sauce.
