Pet Parade: Worcester Animal Rescue League

BOSTON (CBS) -- Two dogs and a rabbit up for adoption from Worcester Animal Rescue League were featured on the Pet Parade Sunday morning.

Strawberry, a former stray who just received surgery. (WBZ-TV)

Strawberry came to the shelter two weeks ago, and needed surgery for an infection. She's doing much better now, and is very sweet and energetic! Strawberry loves other dogs, and even knows tricks.

Talcot, a 2-3 year old rabbit. (WBZ-TV)

Talcot was taken to the shelter after someone found her in their yard. She will be spayed soon and put up for adoption--but Worcester Animal Rescue League would like to remind people, with Easter coming up, to remember that keeping  a rabbit as a pet is a commitment--they can live up to 14-16 years.

Sherwood, a brindle chihuahua. (WBZ-TV)

Sherwood thinks he can hang with the big dogs--he has a lot of confidence, and thinks he's a lot bigger than he is! This brindle chihuahua has unique markings and a lot of love to give.
