Patriots' Cardona Remembers Those 'Who Paid The Ultimate Sacrifice'
BOSTON (CBS) -- On Memorial Day, New England Patriots' long snapper Joe Cardona created a video tweeted out by the Patriots.

Cardona is a lieutenant in the U.S. Naval Reserve.
