Patriots Create Series Of Funny Valentine's Day Cards On Twitter

BOSTON (CBS) -- The Patriots' season ended a little bit earlier than everyone was hoping, but at least the organization doesn't have a broken heart.

That much was clear on Friday, which is better known to some romantics as Valentine's Day. The Patriots -- or at least whoever runs their Twitter account -- was certainly feeling the love, as the team sent out a series of photos made to resemble those old Valentine's Day cards you gave and receive back in elementary school.

The cards included plays on Bill Belichick's famous non-statement, "It is what it is," as well as Tom Brady and LeGarrette Blount.

While fans may have preferred a Super Bowl parade, the cards are at the very least a funny way to spend Valentine's Day.
