Patriots Blog: Three Things We've Learned Since The Kansas City Game

BOSTON (CBS) - This will be the fourth game in 18 days for the Patriots and the question is, what have we learned about the team?

Here's what:

1. This group is all about Tom Brady

No. 12 was taking a ton of heat from the media after the Kansas City mess and he handled it the best he could. Though, the players in the locker room did a lot of Tom's talking.  Rob Gronkowski was very vocal about his leader and how everybody was attacking him.  Brandon LaFell also mentioned Tom didn't deserve any of what he was getting.  Whether it was right or wrong, the criticism pushed the team in a corner and made them believe in No. 12 and the process.

2. We are finally getting a chance to see what "Revis Island" is all about

Darrelle locked down A.J. Green when the Pats played Cincinnati and he locked down Sammy Watkins when the Pats played Buffalo.  His game before then was taking shots, but watching him one-on-one against some of the game's top receivers is worth the price of admission. He's strong at his position and he's playing well.

3. Rob Gronkowski is simply a beast

Not sure if he's one hundred percent yet, but what he is now is dominant.  Every week he's gotten better and right now he's as good as anyone at his position in the league.  Gronk is leading the Patriots offensive charge and that is a good thing.
