Belichick OK After Postgame Visit With Trainers: 'It's No Big Deal'

BOSTON (CBS) -- The New England Patriots got out of their regular season finale with most of their players unscathed.

We're just not as sure about their head coach.

While Tom Brady, Darrelle Revis and company stayed healthy in New England's 17-9 loss to the Buffalo Bills on Sunday, Bill Belichick was not able to hold his usual postgame press conference. Instead, Belichick was getting checked out by the team's trainers.

It's not clear what happened to Belichick, who appeared to be fine as he left the field following the game, but he said he was fine later in the evening when he held a conference call with reporters.

"It's no big deal. I don't want to get into it," said Belichick. "I'll be alright."

Belichick said he just had to spend a few minutes with the team trainers and doctors to get something minor looked at, and apologized to everyone for holding them up.
