BOSTON (CBS) – The following Massachusetts communities have announced snow emergencies and parking bans for the Jan. 23-24 storm:

Brockton: 2 p.m. Saturday until further notice

Fall River: 12 a.m. Saturday until further notice

Milford: 12 a.m. Sunday until further notice

New Bedford: 12 a.m. Saturday until 12 a.m. Monday

Newton: 10 p.m. Saturday until further notice

Wareham: 2:30 p.m. Saturday until further notice

Worcester: 4 p.m. Saturday until further notice
