Parking Bans And Snow Emergencies For Saturday Storm

BOSTON (CBS) – The following communities have announced snow emergencies and parking bans for the January 7 storm.

Andover: Parking ban until further notice.

Belmont: Parking ban and snow emergency from 9 p.m. Saturday until 9 a.m. Sunday.

Braintree: Parking ban until further notice.

Brockton: Snow emergency declared.

Everett: Snow emergency declared. The Everett Public Schools Parking lots are available to residents for parking during the storm, but residents must remove their vehicles by 10 am Sun day morning.

Gloucester: Snow emergency and parking ban, effective 12 p.m. Saturday through 12 p.m. Sunday.

Holliston: Parking ban until 5 a.m.

Lowell: Parking ban effective beginning at 1 p.m.

Mansfield: Parking ban declared.

Milford: Parking ban until further notice.

Newton: Snow emergency declared as of 3 p.m.

Revere: Parking ban declared.

Somerville: Snow emergency declared as of 10 a.m., cars must be moved by 2 p.m.

Stoneham: Snow emergency declared until further notice.

Topsfield: No on street parking until further notice.

Wakefield: Parking ban until Sunday at 12 p.m.

Wareham: Parking ban until further notice.

Watertown: Snow emergency declared as of 6 p.m.

Woburn: Parking ban in effect until 8 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 8.

Worcester: Parking ban declared as of 10:30 a.m.
