NightSide - Why Aren't There Boating Licenses?

BOSTON (CBS) - If you prove that you are unable to operate a motor vehicle on the roads safely, the state is able to temporarily suspend or even permanently ban you from driving. But what about on a boat? You might be surprised to find out that currently in Massachusetts, there is no system in place to track or discipline boat operators. Salem Harbormaster Bill McHugh and WBZ Legal Expert Neil Chayet join Dan in studio to talk about the disturbing lack of regulation over boat operators and what we can do about it.
