NightSide - Watch Out For The Tobacco Police

BOSTON (CBS) - The Red Sox home opener is just days away. And all of the familiar sights and smells of Fenway will be present…except one. Fenway is now a tobacco-free zone under a ban that includes smokeless and chewing tobacco, despite the fact that some of the players themselves still use those products. Earlier today on WBZ Radio, Mayor Walsh stated that police officers will be stationed in the dugout to make sure the players are held to the same standards as the fans. Do you think this makes sense? Do you think the fact that professional athletes are often role models for young kids plays into this decision? Is this law a step too far?
