NightSide - Was It Ransom After All?

BOSTON (CBS) - The four hundred million dollars that the U.S. sent to Iran, supposedly as part of the settlement of a decades-long dispute, was in fact contingent on Iran's release of four U.S. prisoners. This was revealed by the Obama administration today, despite the fact that only two weeks ago, President Obama definitively said that the payment was not ransom. Does this mean the United States paid ransom to Iran in exchange for the release of the prisoners?
