BOSTON (CBS) - 1 in 68 children born in the United States are diagnosed with some form of autism. We as a society have learned a lot about the disorder, but there is still very much we don't know. The New England Center for Children in Southborough is one of the leading facilities dedicated to the research and treatment of autism in children. Vincent Strully and Lisel Macenka, experts from the NECC, sit down with Dan to discuss what is known about autism to this point, and what someone diagnosed has to face every day.
