NightSide - Transgender Bathroom Guidance

BOSTON (CBS) - The Obama administration issued a guidance today for all public schools to allow transgender students to use the bathrooms matching their gender identity. Along with bathroom issues, the guidance also touches on privacy rights, education records and sex-segregated athletics, all but guaranteeing transgender students the right to identify as they choose. Do you believe everything was covered in this guidance? Do you not like some of what was issued?
