BOSTON (CBS) - President Trump spoke to the nation about the future of our ongoing war in Afghanistan. After the President had finished, we talked with James Carafano, a 25-year Army veteran and the Vice President of Foreign and Defense Policy Studies at the Heritage Foundation, to get his thoughts on the President's strategy going forward.
