BOSTON (CBS) - The defense has rested its' case in the penalty phase of the trial of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev. Closing arguments are set to start tomorrow, and then the jurors are will be left to decide his fate. Boston defense attorney Phil Tracy stops by NightSide to discuss the penalty phase, and what can be anticipated going forward. Based on what both sides have presented, do you think Tsarnaev will get the death penalty, or will he spend life in prison?
