With better service and pricing, it's no wonder that the small percentage of Massachusetts residents who get their power through municipal utilities are a very satisfied customer base. So why aren't there more of them? State Representative Jay Kaufman sits down with Dan to discuss the legal issues at play, and why he has continued to fight to change the status quo when it comes to power.
