NightSide - Should Short-Term Rentals Be Regulated?

BOSTON (CBS) - More and more people are using internet sites like AirBnB or Homeaway to book a place to stay while on vacation, avoiding the high prices and fees that come with booking directly with a hotel or resort. Sites like these simply put people who own property that are looking to rent in touch with travelers looking for a place to stay. Aaron Michlewitz believes these rentals should now be regulated and taxed. What do you think? Should these types of transactions be regulated?
