BOSTON (CBS) - Another tragedy on a college campus, as a shooter killed at least ten people and wounded more than twenty at Umpqua Community College in Oregon this morning. The shooter was killed by police, but details are still emerging, and NightSide will bring you all the latest news throughout the show. Meanwhile, a University of Missouri law professor has decided to sue his school over the decision to make the campus a gun-free zone, claiming that it makes "law-abiders more vulnerable to attack by law-breakers."
