BOSTON (CBS) - Over the last couple of years, daily fantasy sports has become a big money industry. There are multiple websites that run contests and award huge jackpots to players from all over the country. But what's the difference between playing daily fantasy games and traditional gambling? States have begun to take a serious look at the legality of fantasy sports, and there is an ongoing debate over what role the government should play in regulating or even offering their own fantasy games. Brian Lynch, a Massachusetts attorney and an expert on sports gambling laws, joins NightSide to discuss the issue. What do you think? Should daily fantasy sports be legal?
