NightSide - School Bus Driver On The No-Fly List

BOSTON (CBS) - A Minnesota man was just issued a license to drive school buses, despite the fact that he is still currently on the Department of Homeland Security's no-fly list. The state Department of Public Safety had no legal basis to deny Amir Meshal the license, even though he is being watched by federal authorities under suspicion of helping recruit young people for terrorist groups. Do you think the state should have a way to deny him the license? Or is mere suspicion not enough?
