BOSTON (CBS) - The Market Basket standoff kicked up a notch this weekend when a number of management-level employees were fired for supporting Arthur T. Demoulas. The employees, though non-union, have stuck together throughout their fight to have Demoulas reinstated as CEO. Employees are worried that the new leadership installed by the board will focus on cost-cutting and maximizing profits above all else, undermining the values the company was built on.
