NightSide - Red or White?

BOSTON (CBS) - A local winery and restaurant is fighting to keep all of it's licenses after the Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission said it will not renew them all. Owner Richard Pelletier says that after 16 years of holding all of the licenses, the commission's decision came as a surprise. The ABCC sees conflict in owning both a farmer's license and a pouring license. Owner Richard Pelletier joins the show tonight to give us his side of story and to fight for his farm, winery, restaurant and employees.
