NightSide - New Alcohol Tax For Boston

BOSTON - (CBS) Boston City Council President Bill Linehan and City Councilor Frank Baker have proposed a new alcohol tax for Boston, with the profits to go towards funding recovery and treatment programs for addiction. The two percent tax is projected to raise up to twenty million dollars that could help fund treatment facilities and other resources, but not everyone is on board with the proposal. Bob Luz, CEO of the Massachusetts Restaurant Association, sits down with Dan to talk about the proposal.
