NightSide - Money to Panhandlers

BOSTON (CBS) - Signs in Manchester, NH have been installed to curb drivers from giving money to panhandlers and instead to charities. The aim of Manchester Police is to fight the drug crisis with signs reading, "Your generosity could lead to a fatality." Do you agree with this line of thought?
