BOSTON (CBS) - Marisa DeFranco has been an immigration attorney for years, fighting for the rights of those who come to this country. But her stance on our current immigration system may surprise you! Attorney DeFranco believes that we have become too worried about offending those who are in this country illegally, and doesn't want people to forget that simply by being here they are committing a crime. With all of the backlash against the phrase "illegal aliens", Marisa has a new phrase she'd like to see used: "crimaliens".
