But should the prosecution be able to seek life without parole in particularly heinous crimes committed by juveniles? he Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court recently ruled that it is unconstitutional to sentence minors to life without parole in any case. But Les Gosule, who led the decade-long fight to pass Melissa's Law, disagrees with this ruling. He sits down with Dan to talk about his commitment to getting tough on crime, and why he thinks this decision is unacceptable.
