BOSTON (CBS) - We all know there is a separation of church and state built into the foundation of this country, but where is the line drawn? The Supreme Court announced a 5-4 decision today that will allow town meetings to begin with a prayer, as long as the message is not derisive towards non-Christians, or intended to convert citizens. At the same time, a teacher in Florida banned the Bible from her classroom after one of her students began reading it during "free reading" time. Jeremy Dys, Senior Counsel with the Liberty Institute, joins NightSide to discuss these issues, and how we balance freedom of religion with the desire to practice it.
