NightSide - I-93 Protesters Avoid Jail

BOSTON (CBS) - Fourteen of the protesters who blocked I-93 during a morning commute this past January were sentenced yesterday to community service with no jail time. Do you think sixty hours of community service is a fair penalty for the inconvenience they caused commuters? Does this set a dangerous precedent for future protesters?
